Who is responsible

The «Book a call» form

If you fill in the form, we process the data you give us (name, company, email, phone if you provide it, the step you want to start from and your message) only to reply to you and arrange the call.

Legal basis: your request, that is pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Your name, company and email are needed to reply to you. The data reaches our team by email and is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any relationship that follows, and in any case no longer than 24 months if you don’t become a customer. We don’t use it for newsletters and we don’t pass it on to third parties.

To prevent abuse, for one hour we record, in encrypted form, how many requests come from the same IP address.

Technical browsing data

Like every website, for security and operational reasons the server logs the IP address, the date and time and the page requested. These logs are used only to protect the site and fix technical problems, and are deleted periodically.

Cookies

The site uses no cookies: no technical, analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts: to deliver them, Google receives your IP address; Google Fonts sets no cookies.

The site remembers the language you choose in your browser: this is stored only in your browser, it is not a cookie and it is not sent to anyone.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing or object to it, by writing to the address above or through comiteg.it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
